Jenny & Richard @ Under the Marula

A couple who truly knows were they want to be and who they want to be with, Jenny and Richard tied the knot after a long seven year wait and im sure they will not look back. Driven and in love they are with a huge future in front of them.

Jenny & Richard were married at the Kloof Methodist and their reception was held at Under the Marulain the Shongweni valley.

A massive hats off to the best men who’s speeches top the list of the all time greatest and most creative speeches ever! You guys had the place in hysterics with your poems and songs, the likes of which i have never seen before. Well done, you guys were brilliant!

The wedding of Lydia & Craig

A better script could not have been written for this wonderful day as Craig and Lydia prepared in the morning for what was to be a memorable occasion. All day the rain threatened and as if prayers had been answered they could not have been married under better conditions with the weather holding off just long enough. As our final shot was taken so the rain began to dribble down as if to bring in the new life which these two wonderful people were about to begin with one another.

So comfortable in front of the camera so as to seem that we were not even there.

Olivia & Russel @ The Estuary

We had the privilege of photographing Olivia and Russel’s wedding a few weeks ago which was held at the Estuary Country hotel on the KZN south coast. It was a beautiful occasion with friends and family from across the country.

We had an absolutely cracker of a day to shoot in and the fact that Olivia and Russel are so in love and close to one another made a perfect recipe for some really beautiful moments.

A litlle while back we organized a get together of photographers from across the country and had some fun creating images, networking and just having some fun. Its always nice working with others who share in our love for photography and have the drive to create beautifull images.

Stonehaven castle at Shongweni was the venue for Nadine and Jean-Pierres’ wedding, and what a beautiful setting it was.

You guys both looked beautifull on your special day and we could feel the love and closeness among your family and friends, it was really special to be able to experience this day with you.

Jean-Pierre i have to make mention of your speech, it was really tear jerking stuff and just had so much love in it, i could really see the connection you have with each other and how close you are.

The Wedding Workshop

We had the privilege this weekend of working with some of South Africas top wedding photographers as they presented a variety of topics over the 2 day workshop. Michael, Petrus and Mario you guys were awesome. It was so fantastic chatting and networking with other photographers and sharing ideas. Its amazing the energy you experience when shooting with others in the industry.

After the lectures each morning we were set free and went out to create some images with them.

Olivia & Russel E-Shoot

We were fortunate enough on Sunday to be able to shoot at the most beautiful venue, the views were absolutely amazing as we sat in awe at the beauty of Oribi gorge. Thanks for meeting us there Olivia and Russel, i think it was a fantastic idea on your part!

We really had such a relaxing shoot, although 90% of the time my heart was in my throat watching the two of you crawl to the edge of some of those cliffs!! I still get a little flutter just editing the photos! Thanks for being so brave Olivia

Annette and Steve were married at Ingeli Forest Lodge, just outside Harding.

We had an absolutely awesome day and you guys gave us the freedom and space to create some beautiful work, so thank you to the both of you. Your love for one another also made it so much easier to capture those special moments.

Tamryn And David

From the first time we met Tam & Dave they have been so happy and funky and in love, and such awesome people to work with. Unfortunately the wedding day was poring with rain the whole day but we still shot and we still got some amazing images. I must say your reception was really special and it just felt so happy inside. Your cake was awesome aswell.

Now from the start Tam and Dave wanted to do a trash the dress session, so the next day we headed off to North pier and thats exactly what they did. Luckily the weather cleared beuatifully and we got the pic they were looking for. I must say i was nervous but wow it was so worth it!!!

Tam and Dave thanks for being so awesome!!!

There is really so much i can say about Kim and David, they are so in love and happy and in such an awesome place in their lives right now. You guys really touched me and i loved capturing all those moments between you.We had such a fantastic day to work with and you guys really put up with us and let us express our artistic sides. It has been an absolute pleasure designing your albums.

Zimbali is a fantastic venue and the food is awesome!!!

We are very happy to announce our new guest books. These will be albums printed in our classic range using photos from your esession. We do the design and layout as usual but leave loads of space for your guests to write in. It adds something unique to your wedding day and the album is something which can also sit on your coffee table for friends and family to look at for many years to come. They are awesome in so many ways, you have a coffee table album with all your essesion pics and you have messages from your guests along side them…

These guest books add a unique personalised touch to your wedding day.

The albums are an A4 landscape size and come standard with a black, brown, or dark charcoal, stitched leatherette cover. We have just received our sample book back from the printers so we have one to show you.

We had the privilege of photographing Jenni and Jason’s wedding which was held at Camelot Hillcrest.

We had absolutely beautiful weather, although we were unable to use it all we managed to come away with some really fun images. I have to say that the food at the reception was some of the best i have had… that Thai chicken curry was amazing!!! Good choice guys.
